Ms. Puhachevsky received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, having graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa Ms. Puhachevsky then went on to law school and received her Juris Doctor at the James E. Beasley Temple University School of Law where she was on the Dean’s List, twice was awarded Outstanding Oral Advocacy Award and participated in a Trial Advocacy Program. Ms. Puhachevsky also interned for Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office during her time in law school.

The primary focus of Ms. Puhachevsky’s practice is Family Law and Estate
Planning, involving cases, such as: Dissolution of Marriage, Child
Custody and Visitation, Alimony and Child Support, Annulments, Domestic
Violence, Prenuptial Agreements; Will and Trust Drafting, preparation of
Advance Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney, and other related
documents. In addition, her office handles some small percentage of
cases involving contract drafting and review, incorporation services,
and other legal matters. She maintains membership in the San Francisco
County Bar, San Mateo County Bar and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Puhachevsky prides herself on relentless advocacy of every one of
her clients in every family law matter.

Ms. Puhachevsky’s law office is committed to providing quality legal services to those less privileged. As part of this commitment, Ms. Puhachevsky works Pro Bono for San Francisco Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services (VLSP) assisting low income individuals and families with their family law and estate planning issues as well as those facing eviction. |

Irina resides in Westlake neighborhood of Daly City with her wonderful husband and a young son. She likes to spend time with her family, read books, and jog in the morning.
